Solfreaks SocialPulse is our monthly social media management service. We plan the content, write and design the posts, publish them, answer comments and routine messages, and close each month with a report that says what worked and what didn't.
We'd rather run two platforms well than six badly. So before anything is posted we help you decide where your customers really are, then agree a posting pace that we can keep up for a year rather than a fortnight.
What a month of work contains
- Content calendar. Agreed before the month starts, with dates, formats and draft captions for every post.
- Posts, reels and shorts. Photo posts, carousels and short vertical videos built from your own photos and footage, finished by our graphic designers and the editors at our video editing service.
- Replies. We answer comments and routine messages during agreed hours and pass anything touchy, such as complaints, refunds or press questions, straight to you.
- Approval workflow. Posts wait in a shared sheet or board until you approve them, and you can give standing approval for routine ones.
- Brand voice notes. A one-page guide on how you talk, what you never say and which words to avoid, so posts sound like you and not like us.
- Monthly report. Reach, engagement, link clicks and follower change, followed by a plain paragraph on what we'll do differently next month.
How many posts, and where
For most small businesses, three to five posts a week on one main platform and two or three on a second is plenty. Posting daily only works if you have something to say every day, and padding the calendar with filler tends to lower engagement.
Facebook and Instagram usually suit shops, restaurants, clinics, schools and local services. LinkedIn suits B2B firms and recruitment. TikTok and YouTube Shorts reward short video, so they make sense if you can supply or film footage. X is worth it only if you have news-like updates. We'd start with one or two platforms and add another after about three months.
How a new account gets started
- Account review. We look at what you've posted so far, what competitors do and who actually follows you. About a week.
- Voice and themes. We write the voice notes and agree four or five content themes you're happy to be known for.
- First calendar. Usually ready for your approval within one to two weeks, so the first posts go out in the second or third week.
- Weekly rhythm. We publish, reply and adjust, and you approve the next batch, normally within a day or two.
- Month-end review. A short call or written report, then the next calendar.
What we need from you
Photos, product facts, offers and quick approvals. That's most of it. If approvals take a week, the calendar stalls and posts go out stale, so tell us early if your team is slow to respond and we'll shrink the schedule instead of missing it.
Organic posts are also the cheapest way to find out what is worth promoting. Once a post is working, we can put budget behind it through performance ads management.
Which accounts we take on, and which we don't
It suits businesses with something visible to show: products, food, spaces, events, people, or results you're allowed to show. It works best when someone on your side can answer within a day.
You probably shouldn't hire us for this if you want a viral breakout, bought followers or guaranteed sales. We don't do any of those. It's also the wrong fit if you're a one-person business whose best content is a quick phone video taken in the moment; a monthly coaching session may serve you better than handing the account over. And if you can't share any photos or product detail, generic stock posts won't help anyone.
Monthly pricing and when to expect results
We price this monthly on a fixed scope. What moves the figure is the number of platforms, posts per week, how much of it is video, whether we handle replies and messages, and how much custom design the posts need. Ad budget, if you run ads, is separate and goes to the platforms. We'd suggest judging the work after about three months, since social accounts rarely show a clear pattern in four weeks.
From the first call, expect the first posts live in two to three weeks. A quote follows a short discovery call.
Who you'll be dealing with
Solfreaks is a Rawalpindi software house that also does graphic design and video editing, so a post that needs a graphic or a reel doesn't wait for another supplier. The team is small and you deal with the people writing your posts. Your accounts and content stay yours, and we work through admin or partner access that you can remove. Tell us about your business and which platforms you're on now.
Open-source tools and references

Frequently asked questions
How many posts a week should we be doing?
For most small businesses, three to five on the main platform and two or three on a second. Consistency matters more than volume, and a pace you can sustain beats a burst you drop after a month. If you have a lot of good material, such as a restaurant with daily specials or a shop with constant arrivals, we can go higher. We'll agree the number in the first calendar and review it quarterly.
What do you need from us every month?
Fresh photos or footage, product or service facts, upcoming offers and events, and approval on the calendar within a day or two. A short monthly message from you about what's selling or what customers keep asking tends to produce our best posts. If photos are hard to get, we can plan a simple shooting list for your staff to follow on a phone.
Will you reply to customers as if we were the business?
Yes, for routine questions such as opening hours, availability and where to order, using answers you've approved. Complaints, refunds, medical or legal queries and anything involving a named person go to you straight away. We agree reply hours in advance, and we'd rather answer a bit late and correctly than fast and wrong.
Can you manage accounts for a business serving the UK or the Gulf?
Yes. We schedule posts for when your audience is awake, not when we are, and we keep reply hours that match your customers' working day as closely as we can. Content can be in English or Urdu. For Arabic we'd work with a native speaker you trust. Reporting calls are booked at times that suit your time zone.
Who owns the accounts and the content?
You do. We never create accounts in our own name for your brand. We get admin or partner access to yours, which you can remove whenever you like, and every post, photo and design we produce for you is yours to keep. If you leave, we'll hand over the calendar, voice notes and any files so the next person isn't starting blind.
